A premier online course focusing on pastry, baking, and decorating that will cover everything you need to know to set up your ideal baking and pastry kitchen, get you started on the basics, and then move on the more advanced techniques. Created in collaboration with master bakers, Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F., Bread Baking Arts is an exciting baking program course focusing on quick breads, artisan breads, and breakfast pastries.
