This Room Attendant training program covers all skills required to be a successfull Housekeeper. In addition to learning all about room cleaning and setup, attendees will also receive certifications in Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED as well as Bloodborne Pathogens. Also, the course covers Hotel Operations, Customer Service Skills, Safety for Room Attendants and finally, the program will conclude with a workshop on resume building and job application assistance to HARIETT's signatory Local 5 properties.
