Learn to make sushi while also becoming familiar with the correct Japanese & English vocabulary and pronunciation for various types of sushi, ingredients & techniques. Types of sushi include nigiri, temari, inari, gunkan (battleship) and various rolls.
Of course, you will eat or take home everything you prepare!
